EDUCATION.
Education is one of the core values of Valley Makers. It helps connect the other two parts of our mission—Collaboration and Community.
VMA partners with local businesses, organizations, and other non-profits to offer educational classes. Classes are open to members and non-members in the community for a suggested donation. These classes are generally hands-on and include one-offs like rekeying and screenprint basics or are a VMA series like carpentry courses or Breakerspace—where kids come together and disassemble electronics to see their inner workings.
Some classes have set fees to cover costs.
